By booking this motorcycle you agree to deliver the Motorbike / Scooter / Buggy at the owners office, in the same good condition as it was at the time of lease. Any damage or injury caused during the period of lease of the rented Motorcycle / Scooter / Buggy is at the hirer’s own risk and the hirer is obliged to pay the owner, plus final repair and delivery to the owner.
Traffic fines are the Hirer’s responsibility.
